Samsung S9110 and i920 high-end phones coming soon?
Samsung has some pretty cool handsets gathered under its S-series: from low-end (S3310) and mid-end (S5230, S5600) to high-end and more expensive touchscreen phones (S8300 UltraTouch, S8000 Jet).
Looking at these model numbers, it’s almost certain that a phone named Samsung S9110 would be another high-end one.
Well, the GT-S9110 exists, as the Bluetooth SIG has recently approved it.
Unfortunately, we don’t know too much about it. It has Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR and A2DP, and possibly Wi-Fi too. Good start for a high-end phone, right?
The only other Samsung phone that has “S9” in its name is the luxurious S9402 Ego candybar, so the new S9110 could also be a luxury phone.
Update: Samsung S9110 is actually a watchphone – more details here.

Another unannounced Samsung handset recently approved by the Bluetooth SIG is the SCH-i920.
The i920 has also passed the FCC tests last month, as a “Cellular/PCS CDMA Phone with Bluetooth, Ev-DO and WLAN”.
Knowing this and seeing what its case looks like (in the image below), the i920 might be a successor for Verizon’s Samsung Omnia (model name: SCH-i900).
We’ll bring more about Samsung’s S9110 and SCH-i920 as soon as new details emerge.
