Orange UK launching the HTC Hero tomorrow
Orange UK will start selling the highly-anticipated HTC Hero tomorrow, July 22 – despite the fact that the carrier initially announced it would launch the smartphone in “early July”.
Still, Orange will be the first British mobile operator to release the HTC Hero (since T-Mobile has still not announced when its Hero will be available).
Officially unveiled by HTC one month ago, the Hero is the company’s third Android handset. Its features include a 3.2 inch, 320 x 480 pixels touchscreen display, HTC Sense UI, HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi, GPS and a 5MP autofocus camera.

Orange UK will offer the HTC Hero in an exclusive graphite color version, for free on select plans.
