Samsung Freeform QWERTY phone launched in the US via Alltel
Samsung Mobile USA has announced the release of a new messaging phone, called Samsung Freeform SCH-R351 and available via Alltel.
The Freeform is actually the Samsung Link, released in early August by Bell Canada.
Coming in two color versions (teal and burgundy), the Samsung Freeform features a four-row QWERTY keypad.
It also has a 2.2 inch QCIF (176 x 144) display, threaded messaging, GPS with Alltel Navigation, stereo Bluetooth, Music player, Web browser, voice recognition, and MicroSD card support (up to 16GB).

The price of Samsung Freeform was not announced. Customers should be able to buy the phone online, at Alltel’s website.
