Verizon’s LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 shows up again

The LG Chocolate Touch for Verizon (also known as LG VX8575) is now confirmed to be different from the LG Chocolate BL40.

There’s still no official announcement, but the Chocolate Touch VX8575 has appeared in two live photos over at PhoneArena. Interestingly, it looks like there were two prototype versions of the VX8575: one resembling the BL40 and one being the phone pictured below.

Verizon didn’t like the design of the BL40-like handset, so they choose this one:

Reportedly, the LG Chocolate Touch VX8575 features a 480 x 800 pixels touchscreen display, HTML browser, 3.5mm headset jack and a 3.2MP camera.

The phone is expected to hit Verizon sometime in October.

I am really curious why they didn't like the Chocolate BL40 as the BL40 is a special phone and the phone above here, well, there is nothing special about it. I do know that Vodafone has its own range of phones in Europe.
