		<description>why are we spreading these rumors?  the original source is a poor google translation of a chinese website!  also, I find it unlikely to be true when Apple is dealing with buggy iPhone OS 3.1 here in states, unless they release an older OS version china.  (many news sites are noting users complaing about latest OS)</description>
