Samsung Galaxy Lite i5700 delayed until 2010?
Initially rumored to be released in October this year, Samsung Galaxy Lite i5700 may actually be delayed and only hit the market in 2010.
According to Dial a phone, Samsung “decided to push the release date back to 2010”, presumably because it doesn’t want to hurt the sales of its first Android smartphone, the Galaxy i7500.
The good news is that we have more photos of the Galaxy Lite, as well as more details regarding its specs.
Here’s the i5700 in black/red, next to the already-seen white version:

And here’s what we know about the smartphone’s features:
- 3 inch touchscreen display with 320 x 480 pixels
- Android with TouchWiz UI
- GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA
- WiFi
- GPS
- Accelerometer
- Google Apps and Android Market
- Chrome Lite browser
- Bluetooth 2.0
- USB 2.0
- 3.5mm audio jack
- 3.2MP camera
- 200MB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support, up to 32GB
Now all we can do is wait for an official confirmation on all the info above.
