Being able to drop down to 39.99 would be amazing though - it's just that if half of your calls were dropped, it would be pointless. And before Skype gets all bent out of shape, they should probably address whether or not these calls can be tapped when it actually comes out. Having unlimited Skype on the 3G network sounds amazing, but considering how slow 3G actually is (and it's pretty slow for things that matter), then even an Iphone with VoIP service would fall considerably short of a regular VoIP phone.
