Samsung Giorgio Armani Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone unveiled
Earlier this year, we told you that a WM 6.5 Samsung Armani smartphone is in the making, and today the handset was officially announced in Italy.
Microsoft chief Steve Ballmer himself presented the new device, saying that it’s “the most fashionable phone he’s ever had a chance to talk about.”
Resembling the Samsung Armani W820/W8200 feature phone, the WM 6.5 Samsung Armani doesn’t seem to have a name yet. Anyway, apart from Windows Mobile 6.5, it features a 3.5 inch AMOLED touchscreen display, GPS, 5MP camera, 8GB of internal memory, MicroSD card slot, and a full QWERTY keyboard.




The Samsung Armani Windows phone will cost €700 ($1032), although its release date is not known at the moment. Until the handset hits the market, here’s a video promo of it:
