3 UK-Spotify deal confirmed; HTC Hero to get Spotify before Christmas
By Ilinca Nita on 14 Oct 09A few days ago, we were telling you that Telia plans to launch Spotify phones in Sweden, and that Spotify may partner with 3 UK, too.
Well, the deal with 3 UK has just been confirmed and, later this year, it will bring phones bundled with Spotify’s music service.
Pricing details have not been unveiled. However, we do know that 3 UK’s first phone to feature a Spotify app should be the Android-powered HTC Hero, planned to be launched before Christmas.
3 UK also offers Nokia’s Comes With Music service, so it will be interesting to see which of the two services will be more popular.
