Vodafone’s BlackBerry Storm2 9520 officially coming on October 26

BlackBerry Storm2 was officially announced by Vodafone, just hours after we saw it appearing in an official promo video.

Vodafone’s Storm2 (model name 9520) will be available in the following countries: UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy and South Africa.

According to this pre-order page, Vodafone UK will ship the Storm2 starting October 26.

As expected, the new Storm comes with a significantly improved SurePress technology, which should let you easily control the 3.25 inch, 360 x 480 pixels capacitive touchscreen display.

Vodafone will offer the Storm2 9520 for free to customers who choose a 2-yr contract agreement and a data plan of at least £35 per month.

At the moment, there’s still no word on when exactly Verizon’s Storm2 will be available.
