Verizon to Launch Droid, Droid Eris on Nov 6
When hearing rumors, one must ask themself: What would BGR speculate? This particular rumor brought to us by BGR is rather juicy, as it indicates that both the Motorola Droid and HTC Droid Eris (Desire?) will be launching on November 6.
Previously we expected to see two different launch dates on these handsets, with the Droid quite possibly around tomorrow-ish. But we can completely understand a double Droid-launch to start the new Droid series off strong.
How confident is BGR on this rumor? They say it’s the closest they can get without having an official announcement. That is particularly strong. Keep you posted.
