Interesting MTV-branded ZTE F870E passes the FCC
ZTE, one of China’s largest telecommunications equipment providers, is getting ready to launch an MTV-branded phone.
The phone we’re talking about is ZTE F870E (also known as ZTE F870). It’s a touchscreen handset with a sliding QWERTY keyboard, and it has just been approved by the FCC.
The User Manual of ZTE F870E says that the phone provides access to Vodafone’s MTV Music website and the Vodafone Pass MTV website – so we should expect the handset to be launched soon by Vodafone. There are also screenshots which indicate that the F870E will be released by China Unicom too.
Apart from the QWERTY keyboard and the touchscreen display, ZTE F870E / F870 also features FM radio, Bluetooth, email and a 3MP camera.

For the moment, there’s no word on when the ZTE F870E will be launched, and neither for what price.
