O2 UK intros the HTC HD2 too

Not long after Vodafone launched the HTC HD2 in the UK, now O2 announced that it’s selling the smartphone, too.

Just like Vodafone, O2 UK offers the HD2 even for free, although for this you’ll have to sign a contract agreement for at least 18 months and pay £45 monthly.

Needless to say, the HD2 is HTC’s flagship Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone, featuring a huge 4.3 inch WVGA touchscreen display, HTC’s Sense UI, HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5mm headset jack, Twitter and Facebook integration, 5MP autofocus camera, and a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor – all this in a 11mm-thin case.

I'm wondering if the HTC HD2 pink aura defect has been fixed yet? Or are they still selling it with this problem?
  • I bought my HD2 yesterday and i'm quit new with WinMob.

I had different Nokia's with symbian and my latest is the E71.
I'm a business user, so i need a phone with multitasking.

    That's why i didn't choose the Iphone.
I hope that this phone can do the same things (and maybe more) than my E71. BTW, http://www.HTCHD2Forum.com is great place for HTC HD2 owers to share ideas and tricks. FYI
