Don't get me wrong, its a nice phone, but one that's being plagued by numerous bugs. The inability to create playlists, poor Java performance, problems with mass storage under Windows XP, problem with built in web browser ("internal out of memory" messages on a handset with 128MB of RAM!), disappointing camera performance on landscape shots, just to name a few. Without bugs and with an optimized performance, LG Arena would be a fantastic phone. The way it's right now only hurts the LG brand. Before a successor, LG should fix the Arena.
