Nokia Ovi Contacts for Symbian touch and S60 3rd Ed FP2 has new features
If you’re using Nokia Ovi Contacts, you should know that its versions for Symbian S60 5th Edition and Symbian S60 3rd Edition FP2 have just been updated.
One of the new features of Ovi Contacts for the mentioned platforms is file transfer – which enables users to send and receive larger files than before. Nokia also made some compression improvements, so data consumption should be “about 60% less of what it was with the previous version.”
User experience improvements are also included. For example, the Contacts tab now features three quick buttons: see a friend’s profile (or yours), add friends, and start a chat.

The new Ovi Contacts client can be downloaded here – it’s obviously free.
If you want to download the older version, visit http://contacts.ovi.com/dist/app on your phone’s browser.
