Mozilla Firefox RC1 for Maemo (Nokia N900, N810) available for download
If you have a Nokia N900 or Nokia N810, you should know that Mozilla Firefox RC1 (Release Candidate 1) for Maemo is now available for download.
Also known as Mozilla Fennec, Firefox for Maemo promises to make you “forget about the clunky, stripped-down mobile Web you’re used to”.
The Firefox mobile browser has many nice features, like the Awesome Bar, Password Manager, tabbed browsing, location-aware browsing, one-touch bookmarking, desktop syncing and add-ons (for personalization).
The RC1 version of Firefox for Maemo comes with several improvements, including enhanced text rendering and N900-specific bug fixes.

Mozilla Firefox RC1 for Maemo can be downloaded via Mozilla’s official website. If you already have a previous beta version installed, you should receive a software upgrade soon. The browser is available in more than 30 languages, including Arabic, French, German, Russian, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
