Verizon to launch the Nokia Twist (7505) in white?
Introduced by Verizon in September 2009, the swiveling Nokia Twist 7705 seems to be a quite successful phone, since it’s currently out of stock on the carrier’s website.
Well, if you still want a new Twist from Nokia and Verizon, you should be happy to know that the two companies are apparently readying a white version of it.
The white Nokia Twist has a different model number (7505) and it has just appeared over at the Bluetooth SIG.
Apart from the white case and the feaky-green QWERTY keypad, the Nokia Twist 7505 has a QVGA display, MP3 player, and a 1.3MP fixed-focus camera (so what happened to the 3MP camera featured by the Twist 7705?).
We don’t know when Verizon will announce the Nokia 7505, but it shouldn’t be long until it happens.
Anyone looking forward to this? No? Well then, maybe the Qualcomm-powered Verizon iPhone is of more interest to you.
