When has wimo *ever* been enterprise?

Palm was there first, then straight to RIM when palm decided that it was time to take a few years off to F*** the dog. Wimo was NEVER in the picture.

iPhag also has never been considered enterprise-anything with its goofy uselessness.

The reason Android will be overtaking both RIM and iPhag is because it is a serious operating system (unlike iPhag), and is actually RELIABLE and intelligently engineered (unlike RIM).

Once they get up to 'Nexus 6', Philip K Dick's estate will have even more grounds to sue them!

Great to hear the next Nexus will be an enterprise handset.

Some people don't think of Android as being an enterprise platform. Blackberry gets most enterprise sales (60%), followed by iPhone (27%). Windows Mobile was once used by enterprise, but figures published in InformationWeek (5 Dec) show that it has dropped to third place, with a percentage less than one fourth of the market.

At the same time, Android is also growing in business use. I believe the divide between enterprise and consumer smartphone platforms is only temporary, as businesses will eventually migrate to the same platforms that consumers are using.

For developing new business applications, Android is definitely the best bet, so Google's Nexus Two will find a nice market there.
