Nokia’s new Ovi Store to be unveiled on January 21?
By Ilinca Nita on 18 Jan 10Nokia has sent out invitations to an Ovi press event that will take place in London, UK (Paramount Club, Level 31, Center Point), on January 21.
The Finnish company doesn’t mention what exactly it will unveil at the event, but it promises “big news”, obviously related to its Ovi brand. Nokia’s vice president Anssi Vanjoki will be there, hence an important announcement should be made.
We’ve recently heard that Nokia is getting ready to revamp its Ovi Store and launch a new version of it, so we shouldn’t be surprised if this is all the company will unveil in London on Thursday.
Regardless of what Nokia plans to announce, let’s hope the January 21 event will make a lot of consumers happy – after all, there are millions and millions of Ovi users out there.
