Nokia Custom Dictionary Symbian app launched
Nokia has announced a new beta application for Symbian S60 3rd and 5th Edition smartphones, called Nokia Custom Dictionary.
As the name probably suggests, Nokia Custom Dictionary allows users to edit the list of words their phones use for text prediction. You can also scan text files to import words, import words from an xml file, and transfer dictionaries between phones.
Nokia Custom Dictionary is fully functional on the following handsets: Nokia E63, Nokia E71, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia X6. The application might have minor issues on Nokia E72, Nokia E75, Nokia E52, Nokia E55, Nokia N97 and Nokia N97 mini. On older phones (such as Nokia N96, Nokia N95, Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia N79, Nokia N78 and Nokia N82), the application has limited functionality.
