BlackBerry 9100, Nokia X3, SE Aspen and more coming to Fido Canda

Canada’s Fido is getting ready to launch new and interesting handsets in the coming months, two of which are smartphones.

The first new handset to be released by Fido is the LG GW300, which should be available starting April 13.

Next we have two Nokia phones – the Nokia X3 and the Nokia 3710 fold (both scheduled for a May 18 launch).

On May 24 Fido should introduce the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 (pictured below), so we’re expecting RIM to officially announce the smartphone really soon.

Sony Ericsson Aspen is the second upcoming smartphone for Fido, and it should bring Windows Mobile 6.5.3 and a full QWERTY keyboard to Canadian customers starting June.

Fido is also readying the Novatel Wireless MC988DF modem, which will reportedly be available starting May.

This looks a really beautiful phone, hopefully it doesn't have many firmware problems as I'm looking to jump over to Blackberry sometimes soon.
