Windows Phone 7 port for the HTC HD2 demoed, should be available soon
We already know that the HTC HD2 won’t be officially upgraded to Windows Phone 7 Series, but that doesn’t mean WP7 can’t be ported to the HD2. In fact, it has already happened.
According to this post at HTCPedia, Windows Phone 7 Series runs relatively well on the HD2, although the “graphics driver is bad” and sometimes lags the device.
Admittedly, WP7 looks nice on HD2’s 4.3 inch WVGA display:

A beta version of the Windows Phone 7 port to the HD2 should be available soon for everyone to download – although it’s not clear yet just how soon.
