HTC Incredible shows up on Verizon’s website, sort of
We’ve seen Verizon’s HTC Incredible in photos several times until now, but we still don’t know when exactly the carrier plans to announce the new Android smartphone.
Rumors have it that the Incredible could be available starting April or May – and this just might be true, as the handset’s now listed on Verizon’s InfoManager website.
Sure enough, Verizon has not posted any concrete info about the HTC Incredible, but it’s not like we don’t know most of its important features: Android 2.1, Sense UI, WVGA touchscreen display, photo camera (probably of at least 5MP) and Snapdragon processor.
The HTC Incredible is, in some ways at least, similar to the Google Nexus One, which should also be available to Verizon’s customers starting this month. I guess users will have a tough time choosing between the Incredible and the Nexus One (after both become available). But more choices are better anyway.
