Verizon announces the Samsung Reality U820
If for some reason you don’t like the HTC Droid Incredible (or you don’t want to wait for it, or you simply don’t need a smartphone), Verizon is launching another new touchscreen phone, this time from Samsung.
It’s the Samsung Reality U820, first seen during CTIA 2010.
The Samsung Reality U820 comes with a 3 inch WQVGA touchscreen display, TouchWiz UI, full QWERTY keyboard, “next-generation messaging and social networking features”, Bluetooth, Microsoft Office Exchange support, VZ Navigator, visual voice mail, 3.5mm audio jack, 3.2MP camera with Night Shot Mode and video recording, and MicroSD card support.
Verizon will sell the Samsung Reality U820 starting April 22 for $79.99 (with a 2-yr contract agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate).
