Samsung S3370 gets official as Corby 3G / Acton
The Samsung S3370 (which we’ve seen a couple of times until now) has been officially announced in Russia, where it will be known as Samsung Corby 3G. This could cause a bit of confusion, since the same name (Corby 3G) was also given to the Samsung Lindy M5650 in India, but anyway.
The S3370 Corby 3G features 3G connectivity (obviously), a 2.6 inch QVGA touchscreen display, TouchWiz UI 2.0, Bluetooth, music and video player, FM radio, DNSe 2.0, social networking integration (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace), 1.3MP camera, and MicroSD card support.
In Russia, the Samsung Corby 3G should be available starting May 10 for 5790 rubles (about €150 or $190).
The S3370 has also been spotted in Belgium, where it will be known as Samsung Acton (no, not Action). This makes me wonder if Samsung has a different name for the phone for each country where it will launch it…
