Samsung Wave S8500 might be launched in Canada by Bell
Earlier this month, we told you that Samsung plans to bring the Wave S8500 to North America, and it looks like we were right.
The Wave might be soon available in Canada, where, according to Mobile Syrup, Bell intends to launch it in the next few months, for an unknown price.
The Wave S8500 is Samsung’s first smartphone to run Bada OS. It comes with high-end features that include a 3.3 inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, 5MP autofocus camera, and 1GHz processor (made by Samsung).
In addition to the Samsung Wave, Bell should also launch the HTC Legend. Moreover, Telus is readying the release of HTC Desire / Triumph, so Canadian users will soon have a really nice selection of smartphones to choose from.
