HTC Wildfire coming soon to Vodafone UK
First announced by T-Mobile in the UK, the HTC Wildfire will also be available to Vodafone’s UK customers, probably starting next month – when the new smartphone should be launched in France, too.
The Wildfire is an Android 2.1 handset that looks like the smaller brother of HTC Desire (already available in lots of European countries).
The smartphone features a 3.2 inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen display, Sense UI, HTC Friend Stream, 3G, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera, MicroSD card support, and a 528 MHz processor.
Vodafone UK currently offers the HTC Legend for free on plans from £20, so the Wildfire should be free on even cheaper plans. You can check out the HTC Wildfire coming soon page here.
