		<description>Nokia CEO argued about the relevance of S3, because he has to justify why they have invested so much time in releasing a slightly polished S60-5th Symbian version with almost no visual changes (It might be true, however)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;IMO, he does not speak about the importance of S3 vs. S4, he says that in terms of money and resources, S3 has required lots of them in order to prepare the whole OS for the latter Avkon-to-QT migration that will take place in S4.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On the other hand, OPK is still one of those Nokians who think that Symbian is all about functionality and he gives little relevance and importance to usability and look and feel... This explains very well the continued shrinking of his company&#039;s smartphone market share in favour of others who have actually understood what the market demands. Functionality and integration are today more an assumption than a highlight, the distinguishing factor being the UX/UI&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My 2 cents...</description>
