Silver HTC Desire to be available in the UK this week
Since it’s not that easy to buy a brown or a black HTC Desire in the UK, British customers should be happy to find out that the silver version of the smartphone will be available for purchase really soon.
Online retailer Expansys is offering the silver HTC Desire for £449.99 (unlocked) – that’s the same price you’ll have to pay for a new Motorola Milestone XT720, in case you want one.
Reportedly, the HTC Desire in silver will be shipped within 2 days. Note, though, that “it will not be available for long,” so try to hurry up and order it if you find it better looking than the other two Desires.
Naturally, the silver Desire is different from the black and brown ones only on the outside, as inside you’ll find the same features, including Android 2.1 (soon to be 2.2), Sense UI, Wi-Fi, GPS, Google Maps with free navigation, 1GH Snapdragon processor, and 5MP autofocus camera.
