Nokia N8′s music player and HDMI capabilities showcased on video
While we’re waiting for more details on that leaked Nokia C7 to show up, Nokia has posted another official video walkthrough of its first Symbian^3 smartphone – the N8 – this time presenting the handset’s music player, and its HDMI capabilities.
The N8’s music player looks OK, and it obviously works both in portrait and landscape mode. It seems that it does its job well when users want to search for songs, albums and artists, or scroll through playlists.
The new video talks more about the smartphone’s HDMI connectivity (and I hope that the converter cable shown is included in the N8’s standard package). A cool ability of Nokia N8 is that it allows you to use Bluetooth accessories (like keyboards) to control the content you see on your HD TV. Watch more about that in the official video:
And in case you’ve missed the video showcasing the photography software that comes with the N8, I’m including that in this post, too:
The Nokia N8 should hit the market in the third quarter of the year – and we’re hearing it might be available in the UK starting August 25.
