Samsung Ready to Announce Wave 2, Wave 2 Pro, Others at CommunicAsia 2010 This Week
Later today we’ll be hearing all sorts of news coming out of Singapore at CommunicAsia 2010, an international communication and IT show going on this week. One report from Samsung Hub tells us Samsung has confirmed (and also leaked the official-looking pictures below) it will be unveiling a few new devices at the show, such as the Samsung Wave 2, Wave 2 Pro, Omnia Pro 4, and Beam.
According to Samsung Hub:
CommunicAsia 2010 kicks off from tomorrow and Samsung has confirmed what to expect from them at the show. They’ll announce two new bada phones dubbed as Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro. The Pro version is expected to be similar as Wave 2 but with a physical keyboard. Samsung will also unveil Windows Mobile-based Omnia Pro 4.
It’s great to see more Bada phones surfacing, as well as the Omnia Pro 4 which most likely will be running Windows Phone 7. Aside from these morsels of information, we don’t have any additional specs as of yet. If this is the case and we indeed find out more by the end of the day, we’ll definitely be updating you on all of the juicy details of what to expect. For now, at least, keep a close eye out for news on these upcoming devices.
Samsung is also expected to highlight some WiMax-powered devices as well as WiMax 2.
We can’t wait to hear more!
