Nokia X6 and X3 firmware updated to v21
Nokia’s first two Xseries phones, the X6 and X3, have started receiving a new firmware update: v21.0.004 from v20.0.005.
At the moment, the update seems to be available only via Ovi Suite and Nokia Software Update (no OTA yet).
For the X6, firmware v21 brings updated Ovi services, updated applications (Shazam, Mail for Exchange, Browser – now it’s version 7.2, Quick Office), updated Video Telephony, and stability and speed improvements.
Not sure if this is available for all of the X6’s versions (32GB, 16GB and 8GB), but it should be, eventually.
Firmware v 21 for the S4o-based Nokia X3 brings enhanced battery charging notification, and enhanced ring and alert tones.
