Nokia E5 coming to Orange UK, it’s free on select plans
Not long after the Nokia C6, another QWERTY Nokia smartphone will be available in the UK: the Nokia E5.
Orange is the carrier that will soon offer the E5 on pay monthly, for free on select plans.
Unlike the C6, the Nokia E5 doesn’t have a touchscreen display – it’s an E71 / E72-like smartphone that features a 2.4 inch QVGA landscape screen, compact QWERTY keyboard, HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g (with UPnP and DLNA), GPS, Ovi Maps with free navigation, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP camera with LED flash, and a 600 MHz processor.
You can check out the handset here at Orange UK.
The E5 will probably be launched by Nokia in lots of other European markets this month (or the next one). Unlocked, the smartphone will have a suggested retail price of €180 (about $235).
