Samsung Omnia 7 i8700 caught on video, Windows Phone 7 obviously included
It looks like the Samsung Omnia 7 is, indeed, the same device as the i8700 (appeared on the Web more than once until now).
The smartphone stars in a newly-leaked video, which shows its Windows Phone 7 UI (in Italian) and the Omnia 7 label at some point.
It looks like Samsung, like HTC, is adding some sort of customization to its Windows Phone 7 devices – some kind of hub for showing news, weather and other info.
Update: unfortunately, the video has just been removed from YouTube.
Most likely, some of Samsung’s new Windows phones (including the Omnia 7 i8700) will be unveiled on October 11. Just recently, the company has officially announced that it would introduce several WP7 devices this year, so all we have to do now is to wait.
