BlackBerry Torch 9800 available in India starting tomorrow?
Already available in the US, Canada and some European markets, the BlackBerry Torch 9800 will reportedly be launched in India, too, starting tomorrow.
The Torch’s official price for India is not known, but CellPassion has it that it should be around 35,000 INR ($785) – that would be quite expensive.
The Torch 9800 is RIM’s first slider, as well as its first smartphone to run BlackBerry OS 6. It features a 360 x 480 pixels touchscreen display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera, and 4GB of on-board storage.
