Blackberry Bold 9780 gets semi-official thanks to Vodafone Netherlands
RIM has still not announced the Blackberry Bold 9780 (although it should have by now, give the high number of times the smartphone appeared on the web), but this didn’t stop Vodafone Netherlands to put the new Bold on its website.
Apparently, the handset will be available for purchase in early November.
Vodafone Netherlands will offer the Bold 9870 for free on plans starting at €17,50 (2-yr contract required), or for €509 without contract. Check out more here (the site’s in Dutch, of course).
The new BlackBerry Bold 9780 runs OS 6 and features a 480 x 360 pixels display, full QWERTY keyboard, 512MB of RAM, 5MP camera and so on.
Starting the next few weeks, the 9780 should also be available in Canada, through both Rogers and Bell.
