Virgin Mobile Canada launches low-end HSPA-capable LG Sway
Virgin Mobile Canada has launched a new entry-level device today, the LG Sway. This is no smartphone or even a midrange featurephone, it may however be the perfect match for mobile novices and could also perhaps make a good second handset.
It has HSPA support, a 1.3 megapixel camera, 2-inch display, GPS with A-GPS, MP3 player, Bluetooth, microSD support of cards up to 16 GB, and comes with a WAP browser.
As you’d expect with such a feature set, the phone is cheap. If you opt for Virgin’s SuperTab contract, the LG Sway won’t cost you anything. If you’d rather buy it without any contract, it will set you back just $129.99.
The LG Sway is now available in Virgin Mobile retail locations.
