Verizon intros new Samsung Zeal phone with e-ink keyboard
Samsung Continuum isn’t the only new Samsung handset available at Verizon starting November 11. The Samsung Zeal will be launched that day, too.
The Zeal replaces the Samsung Alias 2, and it seems that it doesn’t bring any new features other than a different paint job.
The handset has a dual-hinge flip design and comes with an E-ink keyboard that can change its keys and act as a QWERTY, numeric, or alphanumeric keypad.
More features: social networking integration (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace), Microsoft Office Exchange support, VZ Navigator support, Bluetooth, Skype Mobile, 2MP autofocus camera, and MicroSD card support.
With a new 2-yr contract agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate, the Samsung Zeal will cost $79.99 at Verizon.
