Motorola Milestone 2 with Android 2.2 Froyo available in the UK this week
By Florin on 18 Nov 10Motorola Milestone 2, the GSM version of Verizon’s Droid 2, is now available in the UK – not long after the smartphone was launched in Germany.
Expansys offers the Milestone 2 for £379.99 ($605) unlocked.
You can also get the new Milestone on contract, and it looks like only Vodafone offers it at the moment – not directly, though, but also via Expansys. The handset is free on plans starting at £30 per month (2-yr contract required).
Just like the Droid 2, the Motorola Milestone 2 runs Android 2.2 Froyo and features a 3.7 inch WVGA multi-touch display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP camera, HD video recording, and 1GHz processor.
