Opera Mobile 10.1 now available for Symbian^3 (N8, E7, C7 etc) and S60
Opera Mobile 10.1 is now available for Symbian^3, Symbian S60 5th Edition, and Symbian S60 3rd Edition – that’s a lot of potential users, since there are tens of millions of Symbian device owners out there.
Unlike the version for Android, Opera Mobile 10.1 for Symbian is not in beta (it was until today). It brings faster JavaScript performance, which will ultimately result in a speedier browsing experience on your Symbian smartphone.
Opera Mobile 10.1 for Symbian also supports geolocation, allowing various web services – including maps and travel applications – to provide content relevant to your location (of course, you can always disable geolocation if you think your privacy is affected).
Standard Opera features, like tabbed browsing, Opera Link, Opera Turbo, Speed Dial and password manager, are also included in the Symbian version of the browser.
You can get Opera Mobile 10.1 for Symbian by visiting m.opera.com on your smartphone, or this link on your PC.
