White Samsung Galaxy S launched in Germany, doesn’t have Gingerbread (yet)
Available in the UK as of last month, the white Samsung Galaxy S has been launched in Germany, too.
Only the back cover of the handset is white, the front panel is still black, like in the original version.
Strange enough, the white Galaxy S is being launched with Android 2.1 – but it will be updated to 2.2, or maybe directly to 2.3 Gingerbread at some point.
Samsung says the white Galaxy S is available to German customers for €649. However, Amazon Germany offers it for only €463.99 (unlocked, of course).
