Samsung S5830 also called Galaxy Cooper?
The unannounced Samsung S5830 may have different official names – depending on the country it will be launched in.
One of the handset’s names will be Samsung Galaxy Ace, as we’ve heard over the week-end. According to MXphone, another name is Samsung Galaxy Cooper – apparently, this will be used in India.
It’s not the first time a Samsung phone has different monikers around the world, so there’s nothing unusual about this.
Here’s an almost complete list of specs and features of the Galaxy Ace / Cooper:
- Android 2.2 Froyo
- TouchWiz 3.0
- 3.5 inch display with 480 x 320 pixels (just like an old iPhone)
- HSDPA (7.2Mbps), 900/2100 MHz
- EDGE/GPRS, 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n

The new Galaxy will be officially announced at MWC 2011, in less than one month from now.
