Bell will bring the Nokia C6-01 to Canada. LG Optimus Chic already out (free on contract)
The Nokia C6-01 is reportedly headed to Canada, where Bell intends to launch it sometime in March (for an unknown price).
The C6-01 is one of Nokia’s latest Symbian touchscreen smartpohnes, coming with a 3.2 inch AMOLED ClearBlack display, HSPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Ovi Maps (free navigation included), 8MP camera with LED flash, HD video recording, and a 2GB memory card in the box.
Bell is already selling the Nokia C6-00, which has a sliding QWERTY keyboard in addition to a touchscreen display, but comes with an older version of Symbian.
Until the Nokia C6-01 (pictured above) becomes available, you can buy another new smartpohne from Bell: the LG Optimus Chic with Android 2.2.
Like Telus’ Optimus One (available in Canada since November last year), Bell’s Optimus Chic is free with a new 3-yr contract agreement. Off-contract, the smartphone’s price is $249.95. You can get it online here at Bell.
