O2 UK will have the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc in April
Sony Ericsson has announced the Xperia Arc during CES earlier this month, but what it didn’t say was when we are going to find this device in shops. In the mean time, an online retailer in the UK has started taking pre-orders for the Xperia Arc, listing availability in April.
And today that’s more or less confirmed, since UK mobile network operator O2 has added the Arc to its ‘coming soon‘ page showcasing interesting devices it will carry in the future. And according to that, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is going to become available from O2 sometime in April.
So at this point it seems pretty clear that you will be able to purchase an Arc in April, at least in the UK. If you’re excited about this device and want to have it, you’ll have a little over two months of waiting to do from this point on. Though, with MWC right around the corner, who knows what other high-end devices will manage to lure people away from the Arc, that’s still specced a bit like last year’s flagships.
