T-Mobile myTouch 4G Drops to $29.99 on Amazon
Seeing a recently-released phone drop in price is always a happy surprise, and Amazon is usually the biggest purveyor of dropping prices of phones. On a regular basis Amazon will beat the carriers in pricing, which makes it a very appealing resource for purchasing your latest gadget. Here’s the latest deal: the T-Mobile myTouch 4G has become even more affordable, dropping $50 down to $29.99.
Just as always, we never know if this is a temporary deal or if we can expect to see this for the long haul, but if you’ve been looking for an excuse to push the “buy” button, this is it.
Not bad for an Android Froyo-built phone that was released just 3 months ago and still has some great specs. Here’s what you’d be getting with the myTouch 4G:
- Runs Android 2.2 Froyo
- 5 MP camera with 720p HD video record and front-facing camera
- 3.8″ capacitive touchscreen at 480×800 res
- HSPA+ (4G) max at 14.4 down, 2.0 up
- 1 GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor with 768 MB RAM
- 8 GB MicroSD included, capable of up to 32 GB
- 10 hours talk time
