Android Movie Studio for Honeycomb Unveiled at MWC
We are having a fun-filled week with all the news that keeps flooding out of MWC. Every major OEM (even Apple) seems to be launching something huge, unique, or noteworthy. Google didn’t come out with a whole lot of juicy breaking news, but at least Eric Schmidt is good for giving us tech junkies a few goodies to chew on for a while. At his keynote at MWC earlier Schmidt demonstrated a new video editor designed specifically for Honeycomb tablets, by the name of Movie Studio.
Movie Studio was developed by Google, and aims to be a feature-filled video editor mainly aimed at its largest current competitor, iMovie.
Some of the features include:
- Adding soundtracks
- Add several types of video effects
- Share the videos you make online, primarily through YouTube
- Combine photos and videos
- Add transitions and animations
- Move around slides
So these are just a few features, but we will bring you more information as it comes to us while at MWC 2011. Stay tuned!
