Cheap Nokia X2 QWERTY phone launched by T-Mobile USA

Just as rumored not long ago, T-Mobile USA has launched the Nokia X2.

Available to prepay customers for just $79.99, T-Mobile’s X2 is, in fact, the X2-01 – announced by Nokia in November last year as one of the company’s cheapest QWERTY phones.

Besides having a full keyboard, the Nokia X2 also features a 2.4 inch QVGA display, S40 UI, GSM/EDGE connectivity, Opera Mini, email, 3.5mm headset jack, music player, Bluetooth 2.1, VGA photo camera, MicroSD card support, and a 1020 mAh battery.

You can buy the Nokia X2 online here at T-Mobile USA’s website. Only one color version is available, and that is black (despite the fact that, in other markets, the X2-01 is also sold in shades of red, silver, lilac and azure).
