HTC HD7 will become available from Telstra in Australia on March 29
The HTC HD7 is, at the moment, the Windows Phone 7 device that has the biggest screen of them all at 4.3 inches. And, just as HTC announced it would back when it first introduced it to the world last October, this smartphone will become available on Telstra in Australia shortly.
Furthermore, Telstra will get the HD7 as an exclusive for Australia, so if you’re over there and want to get yourself an HD7, Telstra seems to be your only choice (at least on contract).
The HTC HD7 will be available from Telstra starting on March 29 (next Tuesday). The recommended retail price will be $768 (repayable over 24 months when purchased in conjunction with a consumer Telstra Next G cap plan or a Telstra Business Mobile Plus plan).
The HTC HD 7 has a 1 GHz processor, 800×480 screen resolution, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and 720p HD video recording, 16 GB of internal memory, plus all the usual bells and whistles that you’d expect from a high-end smartphone in 2011, such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and so on.
