Google Nexus S to be launched in Canada on April 14
March is coming to an end and the Google Nexus S has not been released in Canada, as initially expected. In fact, it looks like it won’t be released this month at all.
MobileSyrup has reportedly “confirmed” with several sources that the Samsung-made Android 2.3 smartphone would hit Canada on April 14.
There’s no word yet on the price of the Nexus S in Canada, but it will probably be around $500 off-contract.
Apart from being available unlocked, the Nexus S will be also sold via most Canadian carriers, including Rogers, Telus, Bell, Fido, Wind, Mobilicity, and Koodo Mobile.
