HTC Incredible S now available in Canada from Bell and Virgin

Just as expected, the HTC Incredible S has become available in Canada from Bell. And just as previously leaked, the pricing starts at $99.95 with a three-year contract. Also launching the Incredible S in Canada today is Virgin Mobile, and its pricing starts at $99.99, again if you choose to sign a new three-year contract.

The price of the device if you don’t want to get it on contract is $499.95 at Bell, and $499.99 at Virgin. To get your very own Incredible S in Canada, go straight to Bell or Virgin Mobile.

The HTC Incredible S is one of the three international Android flagship devices made by the Taiwanese manufacturer, each one having a different screen size. In that regard, the Incredible S with its 4-inch screen sits right in between the 3.7-inch Desire S and the 4.3-inch Desire HD. The rest of the specs are pretty similar to those of the Desire HD. There’s a 1 GHz second-generation single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 768 MB of RAM, 1.1 GB of ROM, an 8 MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, a front-facing 1.3 MP camera for video calls, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, microSD card support, and an FM radio.
